Refund/Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Perfec-Tone.

Products are fully refundable within 60 calendar days of your purchase; however, you are responsible for shipping and handling for the return of the product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  Gift cards and discounted items are not eligible for refund. 

To return your items, please note the following:
  1. Visit our return center
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We allow exchanges of purchased items for selectable variants.  Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
